3Your promise

I planted this tree myself, with permission, and this is a genuine photo of it. I'll care for it through its first year. Show my first name and photo in the community gallery (the map always shows the location to about 1 km only).

Planting guide

Choose a native or well-adapted, useful tree.
Pick a sunny spot with permission, a few metres from buildings and wires.
Get a healthy sapling from a nursery or partner.
Dig twice as wide as the root ball, remove the bag, plant at the same depth, firm, water deeply, mulch.
Take your selfie here, in daylight.
Water it through dry months for a year.

Your privacy

Selfies are private by default — only you, verifiers and auditors see them. The public map shows tree locations to about 1 km, never a private home.
